**Please keep in mind, rats are not made to order and we cannot guarantee the number of kittens in each litter, the number of each sex, nor specific markings and coats. If you are interested in a rat pup from an upcoming litter, please fill out the adoption form with your specifications and we will notify you if and when we have them available. However, as we are a small family rattery, we may not have rat pups available at the time you contact us and there may be a wait period involved. **In order to keep better adoption records, I've decided to create what I call a "Sale Receipt." It's just a piece of paper stating the details of the adopted rats, and has a shortened copy of the guarantees and terms. You will be asked to either print or sign you name on two copies (one for me and one for you) when you pick-up your rats. It doesn't ask for any personal information (address ect.) or anything of that nature. Please keep the receipt for as long as you have the rats because if anything happens and you need to return them, you must bring the receipt back. It's nothing major at all, but it will really help my own record keeping efforts. If a rat(s) is placed on hold, I could email the receipt to you once the deposit is received for you to sign or type your name and email it back . I will give you your copy on the date of pick up.
